That’s a headline I never thought I’d write, but after last season’s finale, the question of a JD and Elliot coupling is a very real possibility.
In this new promo from NBC, fans get a look at the JD/Elliot love story. Don’t expect the zany antics of the hospital docs to be showcased; This promo is all romance, similar to the ones last season for Pam and Jim of The Office.

That was Scott Foley. Yeah, I miss him, too, and his wet suit!
I love JD and Elliot together. He was a jerk to her at one point, but I think they're meant to be.
The real couple on scrubs is JD and Turk!

i want them to be together. they have been through so much. their relationship has not always been perfect, but they came out of it still friends. none of their other relationships have lasted as long. when they are together, they seem so happy. they really care for each other and j.d. definitely still has feelings for elliot and i think she still has feelings for him. yes, it was a bad decision to tell elliot that he didn't love her after he fought so hard to get her to be with him, but elliot should have told everyone that they were dating after they had the "relationship talk" ("You my boyfriend. Yep. You my girlfriend. Yep. Good." - My Bed Banter and Beyond). they both have made bad decisions, but somehow they are still close. they are meant to be.
P.S. please sign the petition to keep the show running!!!! the cast and crew are still attached to the show and the only reason it is ending is because NBC pulled the funding. please write in and tell NBC how much you love Scrubs and wish that it would continue.

One of the couple in the scrubs shows were JD and Elliot who give the show a higher rating. Scrubs viewers loved their tandem as they were meant to be. No wonder why people loved the shows because of the character of JD and Elliot portrays.
