Remember a few weeks ago on Dancing With the Stars when Marie Osmond collapsed on live television? Well, TMZ is reporting that the fainting incident was faked. TMZ cited sources from the set, who said that Osmond had writers feeding her lines after the incident.
Osmond’s camp has denied the allegation.
I was watching when Marie hit the dirt, and if that was fake, then Marie is a much better actress than I thought. Her eyes rolled to the back of her head before she collapsed.

You never know if TMZ gets the correct information. But if it is true she stinks even more than what I thought.
I don't believe that she faked it. Who would risk that humilation? Plus it would be beyond disrespectufl to her partner and her family watching to put them through the fear of thinking something had happened to her. I'm sure some of her eight children were watching. This is a bunch of bunk.
Well I say you never know what people will do for attention. Look at how she reacted to the judges criticism and how she acted after she was voted off last night. I think she has a bad attitude and it wouldn't surprise me if it were true. And for the record, I am so glad we don't have to hear about how old she is, Jane was older and rarely made her age an issue. Thats class.
Jane made plenty of stink about age. You probably should have been paying attention. The breathing Marie was trying to gasp before she fainted can not be faked. come on people. Do you really want to believe everything TMZ says? They are in the sensalization of news not the correct news. Give me a break, and I think it's great that Jane and Marie did it for us "older"girls. we wish we could do it...... I would love to dance like that. Lucky girls !!!!! and Mel B's baby having chicken pox? Really well, don't ya think if she was that worried she would have stayed with the baby? We never saw a baby even for a second.....

Jayne didnt make as much of a big deal of her issues as Marie. I am glad that the older women were represented this season, but I did get tired of seeing the Osmonds everytime I turned on the tv. No one else got as much publicity as she did.
and about Mel B, maybe she didnt want her child to be shown in the spotlight. Some people dont like that you know. We only get to see what the cameras show us. Overall it was a good season, they had the best dancers so far. I would like to see a lady take home the trophy though next time.
Whoa anonymous, I was just trying to point out that everywhere we have turned on the tv there was marie or donnie yakking about how old she is and all her difficulties during the show thats all. And I never said that I believed what TMZ writes either. Maybe you should pay attention to what your reading. You can't deny the fact that she constantly lipped off the judges when they were critical of her. My personal opinion is that she has no class. Sorry.

It's the spell of the Osmonds. Marie's smile is mesmerizing.
Honestly, I don't think she faked it. She had her children watching and her family. I don't see her being that cruel and selfish to put her family through those few minutes of fear.

As an Osmond fan for 37 years, I can verify that Marie did not I repeat did not fake the fainting. This has happened to her before. And I don't understand what all the talk is about her not having any class just because she spoke about her age. I'm sure most if not all of you could,nt do half the stuff she does and look great doing it. So please get a life.

OK, folks, please refrain from insulting other posters.
Everyone has an opinion, and I don't mind you sharing them, but NOT if it's an attack on another reader.
I think the Osmond Family is a great example of what a family should be. They love and support each other and they don't mind showing it to the world. We should all learn from them. What great parents to set the example to them to learn from. Maybe we should have a look at Romney for president. The world should see more respect, maybe that is what there Mormon church teaches. Is that so bad? Marie is wonderful and I don't think she would fake faintin or any other illness.
