Networks announce cancellations

The networks have been busy this week handing out cancellation orders.

NBC silenced the mob drama The Black Donnellys. It’s unclear if the show will continue airing throughout April, or if it will just disappear in true mob fashion.

FOX canned the David E. Kelley romantic comedy The Wedding Bells. Yes, that was quick. But, hey, it lasted longer than Britney Spears’ first marriage.

ABC once again yanked the snooze fest known as Six Degrees. Let’s hope it sticks this time.

And finally, the CW announced that this is the final season of 7th Heaven. Yes, I know, we’ve heard it before. But, this time, they mean it.

I am really sorry to see that the Black Donnellys have been cancelled. I really liked that show!
