Rosie O’Donnell will not replace Bob Barker as the new host of The Price is Right.
In her video blog over the weekend, Rosie answered fans’ questions about The Price is Right gig.
“It ain’t gonna happen,” she said. “If they were able to do it in New York, it would be a different story.”
O’Donnell said she didn’t want to uproot her family and move cross country. She wanted to tape four shows in one day, limiting her time in California each week, but The Price is Right folks said no, O’Donnell said in the answer section of her blog.
With O’Donnell out, who do you think would be a good host?
Many of you suggested Ryan Seacrest, George Hamilton and John O’Hurley. I think O’Hurley would be a hoot. He’s funny, debonair, and up for anything, as he proved on Dancing With the Stars.

Thank goodness for this TTG, enough of Rosie already! I think Dave from the CBS morning show is also a good candidate along with John O'Hurley...we will see
I think John O'Hurley would be great.
George Hamilton, too, but he's probably too old.
