I’ve been hesitant to report this story without official statements from both sides, but the AP, the New York Times, and every other reliable news agency out there is running the story that writers and producers reached a tentative deal over the weekend. A finalized deal is said to be in the works within the next week.
The sources quoted in the stories were anonymous, so I’m a bit hesitant to believe this just yet. But, I think there is a definite push to get this thing solved prior to the Oscars.
Let’s hope this story is all kinds of true and that the writers and everyone else involved in this mess can get back to work soon. I cannot take another season of The Moment of Truth.

I'm so sick of this writers' strike. How long does it take to OK a freaking agreement? We all know it's going to end before the Oscars. Just get on with it.
