A six-minute trailer of Veronica Mars as an FBI super sleuth will be included on the season three DVD, according to the Web site TV Shows on DVD.Mars fans, you’ll remember that show creator Rob Thomas produced the trailer to show the CW network execs the direction that Veronica Mars could take, if the show was renewed for next year.
It wasn’t. And yes, I’m still bitter.
At least we’ll get to see what could have been.
I’m still hoping Thomas can sell Veronica Mars the movie, so that we can find out what happened to the Neptune gang. Fingers crossed.
The Veronica Mars season three DVD is scheduled to be released sometime this fall.
