Men in Trees returns tonight for final episodes

You may have already kicked off your summer and abandoned the TV for the great outdoors, but here’s a reminder that at 10 p.m. EST tonight Men in Trees returns.

The folks of Elmo, Alaska, will be back tonight with the first of three new episodes. The sad reality is, of course, that it’s the FINAL three episodes of the series, since ABC canceled the show.

Yes, I’m still bitter. ABC doomed this show with the constant schedule juggling and hiatuses. I can’t blame the TV viewing public for not tuning in, when not even the most die-hard fans of the show couldn’t find it on the schedule.

For those of you who still like quirky dramedies, don’t miss the last three episodes of this fun series. With the summer reality lineup getting ready to dominate the TV landscape, enjoy this last hurrah of a quality scripted drama.
