Studio 60 returns to television

Fans of Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, I have good news. The show returns to NBC on May 24 at 10 p.m. ET.

Can I get a "Woo-Hoo?"

I know you’ve been worried that we’d never see another episode of this well-written and superbly acted drama. I was worried, too. As you know, the ratings have not been where NBC wanted them to be.

But, we can change that, Tubers.

Tell your friends to watch Studio 60. And let’s give this show a welcome back it deserves, i.e. eyeballs that equal ratings.

I absolutley love this show! You have made me a very happy guy, Tube Talk Girl.

I think this may be one of the most well-written tv shows of the last several years. The dialogue is funny, intelligent and pointed. I appreciate that they're not afraid to address issues like race and religion, without being preachy.

I always feared, however, that these things would doom the show. I hope that it makes to next season.

Just doing my part to make life easier for couch potatoes everywhere!

I think the problem was that Studio 60 was so overhyped at its debut, it couldn't possibly live up to expectations and people tuned out. I was a little underwhelmed with the pilot, but the show got so much better as time went on.

I think you're right about the intellegent writing and the fact that it's not preachy. (See David E. Kelley's "Boston Legal" for some serious preachiness, even though I love that show!)

Here's hoping Studio 60 lives to see next season!

I had hoped that this show would reappear. From now on I will watch it on all t.v's in my home to try to boost the ratings.

I really want it to last - call everyone you know - I just did.
