Grey's Anatomy: I found Duncan Kane!

Someone call Sheriff Lamb or Veronica Mars, Duncan Kane is in Seattle. And he’s not himself. He’s an obsessed hockey player who went all kinds of crazy and chopped off his own finger.

I was pleasantly surprised to see actor Teddy Dunn, formerly Duncan Kane, of Veronica Mars, make a guest appearance on Sunday’s Grey’s Anatomy. I’ve missed him since he left Neptune. (Come home soon!)

Sunday’s episode had some other great moments. For those of you who missed it, here’s a quick recap: George cut his hair to symbolize cutting Meredith out of his life. Addison flirted with a patient’s husband who thought she was pretty, because her own husband is indifferent to her. Izzie got closer to her favorite heart patient, much to Alex’s chagrin. Burke and George bonded as roommates, much to Christina’s chagrin. And Natalie Cole guest starred as a patient whose impending death made her live for the first time in 12 years. Good stuff.

I know I’m in the minority here, but I love Addison. I was glad to see Derek admit that he did play a part in their marital problems. (Note to McDreamy: Ignoring your wife is the quickest way to send her in the direction of a “dirty mistress.”) Maybe it’s wishful thinking, but it seemed like McDreamy was indeed noticing his wife for the first time in a long time. Thank you Natalie Cole.

I agree. I'm an Addi fan too :) I hope they do get through this rough-patch in their marriage.

Ah, a fellow Derek/Addi fan! Yep, I really like her. Hoping that the Shepherds work it out.
